We charge a flat placement fee, not a percentage of your new hire’s salary. A $500 enrollment fee starts your search, and the placement fee depends on the role you’re hiring for. We believe you shouldn’t pay us more just because you chose to pay someone well.

Your $500 enrollment fee covers your family intake consultation, an active search of our candidate network, criminal background, sex offender registry, and driving record screening. Verification of at least three professional references, identity verification, and dedicated support from a named member of our team.

Full-Time Nanny (live-in or live-out), Part-Time Nanny, Specialty Placement (including Newborn Care Specialists and caregivers with nursing, early childhood education, Montessori, or special needs experience), and Household Professionals (household managers, private chefs, executive housekeepers, and personal assistants).

We typically present your first candidates within 4 weeks of enrollment. When possible, we recommend reaching out about a month or more before you need someone to start.

Most placements include our six-month guarantee. If a placement ends within six months of the start date, as outlined in your Placement Work Agreement, we go back to work on a replacement search at no additional fee. Newborn Care Specialist placements, which are typically short-term, include a 30-day guarantee.
