WE MATCH
We hand-select candidates from our screened roster. Every nanny will have verified references and DMV records reviewed. We then perform a extensive interview and background check.
ENROLL
Complete a brief Family Enrollment Form and submit a One-Time (non-refundable) $500 Enrollment Fee. We learn your household, your children, and exactly what you’re looking for.
INTERVIEW
Meet your matched candidates personally. We coordinate all scheduling and are available throughout to answer questions and guide you through the interview process.
SHE STARTS
Once you've chosen your nanny, we finalize your Placement Work Agreement. You’re supported with check-ins for 30 days after your nanny’s first day.
